We are delighted to inform you that the Care Quality Commission (CQC) gave us a good rating with an excellent rating. The CQC is in charge of making sure that our services are safe, effective, caring, responsive, and
well-led. We are very happy to have gotten a “Good” rating for caring, responsive, and well-led.
Our team works hard all the time, but they are usually busiest in
the morning and at night. It’s great that our 360 Circle of Care team
and the office staff behind the scenes are being recognised for the great work they do for our community.
